Hi I bought this to use in my store, it was packed very nicely but like all things delicate alot of packaging. I unpacked it and turned it on and found it to be fautly. I immedietly packed it back up and requested a refund. Like many other customer concerns when something doesnt work correctly I do not have time to problem solve id rather just send it back asap. The company did respond and said i could return it, EXCEPT they wouldnt cover shipping and wanted a video to problem solve. I had already packaged it up (which i did carefully and took awhile its big). The shipping for me from the east coast was $165.....the company has yet to try to make this right and pay for shipping. They refuse to, as you can see if you have a problem and cant fix it, they will not help or refund your money. I refuse to pay $165 in shipping for an item that was 260 with shipping to get it. What a dissapointment. Im not sure how you video its not getting warm enough and light flickers subtly but i guess theres a way. Now im stuck so far with a broken machine in the garage and now what? Save your money

The media could not be loaded. Except for the product being completely covered in plastic that had to be peeled off prior to use. It seems to be a good buy. When heated up, the bottom level buckles from the heat. (130 degrees)

Great product for keeping food warm out by the pool!

This works perfect to warm my bottled honey (I am a beekeeper) to 80-90 degrees to de-crystalize my pints of honey. Raw honey is honey that is unheated and minimally processed. It is pure honey where nothing has been added or removed. To be raw, honey should not be heated above temperatures one would normal find in a hive (approximately 95 degrees F).

We have not used this yet, but I wanted to add a review about the protective plastic film. Be prepared to spend a couple hours removing it. When it first arrived we thought it was a white power coat, but found out the hard way it is a white shrink wrap. There are two stainless steel trays that will come with it and they are wrapped in a clear plastic wrap. We thought that was all we needed to remove. The important part is to remove it from the bottom layer above the burners. This is already hard to remove with the louvers but it is even harder if it is warmed by mistake.
