lip liner that didn't look new
I bought this lip liner pencil online because I did not have time to scour the shops. However, on receiving it, I was disappointed, as even though it had labels on it which would usually signify unused and new, the pencil did not look new. There was not a sharpened point at the end of it and it is also quite waxy so it doesn't stay on very well at all. I didn't feel that this item was worth what I paid for it. The delivery time was quite long too, over a week.

Very soft and great pigment
It arrived a bit melted from the sun but after couple of twists in the pencil sharpener - it’s like new.Love the colour and the intensity of the pigment.It’s very soft and it goes great with my Maybelline Ink Crayon lipstick.
