Mimisaurus and Me: A Dinosaur Grandma Picture Book for Young Children and Their Mimi (Grandparent Dinosaur Children's Books) Paperback – July 6, 2022

I bought this for my mom's birthday. She is a retired preschool teacher, and asked me to write this review and let you guys know it's very worth it.

Very cute! Mimi loved it!

Not only is this perfect for a grandchild that loves dinosaurs- the message was heartwarming!I could not have been more pleased! It summed up our relationship perfectly: whether they were “stomping around together” for fun or Mimi has to “sometimes tell me no” but she knows it is because she loves her and “wants to keep her safe” (from the tar pits!) This was money well spent and I will look for this author again! Cute illustrations too!

2 books in 1 but the second book is in the middle of the first and interrupts the story. Second book not related at all. Weird combination makes it hard to read to toddler and kept me from ordering more for friends who are also known as “Mimi” 🙁
