Good bit of kit to save having to use cutters all the time.
It's a bit bulky but one you get used to it, it's not to bad. 22mm head cut like a dream but the 15mm takes three times as long. Tried adjusting the spring but it is to fiddly. Swapped the 15mm blade for a 28mm cutting disc and it works as fast as the 22mm. Works as long as the size battery you fit.

Dewalt pipe cutter
Clever idea and easily attached. Began to pipe up a whole house in 22mm copper and the cutter stopped cutting half way through . Had to repair it to carry on !!!!!! Quality 9/10 value for money 8/10 comfort a tad awkward but over all a game changer for a sole trader like me .

Reall plumbers review.
I was excited about this tool as all my kit is Dewalt and my Milwaukee one had failed after two years of use.Have to admit I am disappointed with this tool, having to switch out cutting wheels is not worth bothering with as it takes longer to cut 15mm pipe than cutting it with standard pipe cutter. It's pretty fast at cutting 22mm copper, but sometimes it doesn't want to grab the pipe, it also leaves a deep burr on the pipe. This was my second one too as first one failed after about 5 boiler installations, maybe I got unlucky on the first one.All in all as a professional tradesman I feel Dewalt have failed with this tool, I am just going to keep it as a spare and I will buy another Milwaukee pipe cutter and deal with the frustration of two brands of batteries.

Do not buy.
Well put together as you would expect from DeWalt but as a pipe cutter it's beyond useless. Im sure there is a sale of goods act case against whoever lets this be sold in Ireland. It will not and cannot cut imperial pipe, you would be quicker using a blunt kitchen knife. Whoever wants mine can have it. Pure junk, and all my power tools are DeWalt.

Outdated sizes
No point in advertising for 1/2, 3/4 & 1” anymore, at least for the UK, as we’ve moved onto metric sizes which are slightly bigger than the sizes that you are give for the pipe slice. Maybe if you sold it with 15, 22 & 28mm sizes, that would be better.
