Works so good, I bought another.
Installed one on one of our garage doors. It worked so good I bought another for our 2ed garage door. The seal is thick and is a solid kit. It my require some cutting to get to the proper size for your door but not hard to do.

New to install.
Was impressed with the looks and quality of seal. Took about an hour to install but was well worth the time. Was getting lots of dirt, bugs and water before. Now great seal no more worries. Happy to tell others of the of my purchase. Very happy no more gap

Great Garage Door Rubber Seal, but Some Installation Challenges
The media could not be loaded. I recently replaced my old garage door rubber seal with this product, and it’s a solid upgrade overall. The rubber seal is durable and creates an excellent barrier against drafts, water, and pests. The added brush layer is great for extra protection against dust and debris. However, there were some challenges during installation that you should be aware of.First, the brush is a little long, which caused some issues when calibrating my garage door. The door would occasionally get stuck when opening or closing. It took a bit of trial and error to adjust the opening limit and ensure the brush didn’t interfere with the door’s operation.Additionally, cutting the metal frame to fit properly requires the right tools—this isn’t something you can easily do without proper equipment. I wish I had made a video documenting the technique I discovered for cutting and aligning the frame, as it might help others. Unfortunately, I wasn’t in the mood to record it then. That said, no garage seal replacement is ever truly easy, and this product is no exception. Once everything was calibrated and in place, the seal worked perfectly. It’s sturdy, seals tightly, and significantly improves insulation while keeping pests out.If you’re up for a bit of a project and have the tools on hand, this is a great seal replacement option that’s worth the effort.

Universal means to me: Can be modified to fit
Came 10' as advertised and my door was 9', so of course I had to cut it and all associated parts but that was anticipated. A few cuts with tin snips to go around garage door parts that had to a remain and it installed with relative ease by myself. I read the reviews about kinks in the gasket due to folding in shipping, so I laid it out in the sun for a few days before installing the unit and it worked just fine. Soap the receiver and the gasket edges before installing the gasket in the track and everything worked out well. Very well built unit.

Installation tips
The quality of Duffy's product exceeded my expectations: everything was well packaged in a double corrugated box and protected from wear, aluminum bars were scuff and burr-free, rubber easily unwound with some time in the sun, and included extra self-tapping philips head screws. For easier installation of the rubber gasket, I would recommend spraying some silicon lube in the rail channels before assembly (I used WD-40 Specialist Dry Lubricant with PTFE, which is similiar to Dupont Silicon spray and spread with a Q-tip). I would also hold the flat face (brush side) tight against the outside of the door when screwing on the tracks (as well as butted tightly to the adjacent bar). You can leave some extra brush and gasket outside of the door width when cutting down to fit an 16 ft door (total of 5 pieces comes to 16'6") but be sure to crimp the ends of the brush strips after cutting with a hacksaw to avoid losing all the bristles. In my installation, I also left the strips long, extending beyond the door openning but had to sand down the 2x6 wood to which the garage track was anchored in order to get the door to fully close. We paid extra for the grey, where the brush is slightly lighter than the aluminum finish. I would definitely purchase this item again.

Solid hardware, great customer support, but rubber seals ship with creases
I have rounded top garage doors which makes tolerance near the top tighter than most, but take note these are large seals and may not work if your fitment is tight.I installed and immediately found that I could not use the sweeper as it prevented the door from being able to close. Even removing that I had to trim a lot of wood towards the side as the long rubber seal also jammed until I did so.Once I solved those issues, I found that the way the rubber was shipped folded put several crimps such that, even after having installed for 2 weeks and having my opener compress it a little, water can get under it in one spot where there is a bend that hasn't gone away.I contacted seller and they were immediately helpful sending me rolled rubber seals (without middle reinforcement tube) and another set of the same original seals also rolled but crimped in more places than the original. My end solution may be to use the rolled/uncrimped seals without a reinforcement tube but placing a slice of a pool noodle in there to provide a bit more support than a hollow U channel.Overall I'm a bit torn here; the aluminum rails are good quality (though three pieces) and I like the overall design, but it is bigger than expected so not ideal for my doors and also has a rubber seal that isn't perfect for sealing due to crimping in shipment. The seller was extremely helpful sending replacement rubber so I think I'll end up with something that works but if I had it to do over again I'd probably go for something smaller/thinner

Lose the broom
The bristle feature is useless in Rainy Oregon. Leaves, dirt, and everything else gets caught up in them and creates more water issues than would without. Otherwise great product
