Robust knife from Cold Steel. One of my favorites
Cold Steel never stops to impress. This knife is not expensive, but boy, it's a beast! It's super sturdy construction and TriAdLock will last you a lifetime. The only knife in my collection that I am comfortable abusing, knowing that it can withstand anything.

Careful! It's sharp!
I have several knives, nice knives but this knife is cool, it feels really comfortable in your hand, very solid and formidable, gives you a protected feeling. It is very well made, strong and sturdy, don't be careless with it, it is extremely sharp, you must be careful when handling it. I was as little careless and nicked myself, got a small cut and I was amazed how easily I cut myself, totally my fault and I gained more respect for the knife when handling it. I handed it to my friend and told him to be very careful, it's VERY sharp, it wasn't 20 seconds and he cut himself, he too was careless and got a small slice on his finger but I warned him! I'll definitely be buying more knives from Cold Steel very soon, fantastic products!

Good knife
Built like a tank- only complaint is the lock on the knife is so tight that it will get stuck and can’t be closed - think it’s due to it being new

do you want to fight?
I love knives. I love thick knives. I lover super sharp knives. This is all three. If the above reasons weren't enough to make you buy this knife, then how about the fact that is a Lock-back and is very manageable to open and close with one hand even though it a lock back, This is the most expensive knife I own. Ive had it for about 2 years. It has nevered rusted on me nor locked up be cause of dirt and debris. This is the goto close quaters combat knife that I bought on a whimThis knife is built rock solid and can handle a variety of tasks from day to day, all the way to camping hiking rafting trips.

Solid
I really don't have a favorite knife maker I think that most of them have both good and bad models and take them as they come. That being said I haven't personally owned a COLD steel knife that I didn't like (I own 6-8 at last count) and this one is not the exception to that. first this knife comes SHARP out of the box and is now my go to EDC knife. I am a fan of the tanto style blade and even tho I wasn't a huge fan of the "back lock style knives" this has done a lot to make me a believer. this knife was a little bigger then I was used to in length, width, and even weight. coming in at 6.7oz and measuring just under 5.5 inches closed, 8.75 open and 0.5 inches thick this knife is beefy. all of this gives it a solid feel in the hand and makes it a pleasure to work with. The contoured handle goes a long way to help with the feeling of comfort that you get once you have this bad boy open and in use and helps the control of the knife while wet as the handle has a smooth surface. as of now I give this knife 4 stars, im holding that last star back to give it time to see how the edge holds up and what it'll take to put an edge back on this knife under "normal" use as an EDC blade.

Can't go wrong with this
I'm a fan of Cold Steel, but was a little wary about this one due to the advertised weight of 6+ oz and its size. But after watching numerous video reviews I purchased one and very glad I did. It's actually not as heavy or cumbersome as one would think. The action is smooth, and it fits my hand perfectly. I can see myself purchasing a second.

It's a tank.
Gorgeously overbuilt. Cheap enough you won't feel bad beating it up for day to day heavy tasks. Not the best slicer despite the hollow grind, but you likely know that if you are looking at Cold Steel. No QC issues I could find in this model despite the company changing hands (unlike several of their other models; I'm looking at you Recon 1 and SR1).
