Está crema es muy buena se la coloque a mi bebé 👶🏻 por la mañana ya por la tarde su dispersión rash estaba muchísimo mejor .La recomiendo.Lo único malo es que el bote es muy pequeño

The only thing that worked for severe rash
This was an absolutely life saver. Up until now I had only used earth mama or era organic diaper balm for daily prevention & they usually worked as I didn’t have a severe rash for the first year of my daughter’s life. All of a sudden she had one that came on so fast & spread so fast it was so severe. I tried colloidal oatmeal baths, diaperless time, colloidal silver, coconut oil…none of those did much & it kept getting worse I almost took her to the doctor. (It was raised & textured, angry red & raw almost everywhere the diaper touched & we use very clean diapers with no prior issues) Anyways this stuff worked overnight & has incredibly healed in such a short amount of time omg. It’s definitely messy & hard with a squirmy 14mo baby but WORTH IT. Lather it on thick & change diapers frequently & it works like nothing else.

Amazing product but small amount
This product works wonders! My baby developed a diaper rash and I decided to purchase this product. After one use the redness went down by 80%. By the second diaper change and second application, the overall rash was almost gone! This is a wonderful product. However, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it seems that there is more air pocket than product in the tube.

Wonderful as a skincare treatment!
I don't have kids, so why do I buy so much diaper cream? Because it's so soothing when my skin is irritated! I apply a small amount as the last step of my night skincare routine when I have a lot of redness and wake up with soft, soothed skin. No breakouts or bad reactions!
