Q: Does this fit a 3/4" fitting?

Standard shower pipe / arm is 1/2 inch internal diameter and measures roughly 3/4 inch on the outside

Q: Does it need a water pump to get the water pressure or i can get the pressure from the mentioned item itself?

The item itself will not generate any pressure. The water supply from the Department of Water and Power has pressure. Otherwise, water would not come out of a tap. The normal water pressure that comes out of a tap, will also come out of the shower head.

Q: What else do I need to add the hand held nozzle - To set up my shower like the one in the photo?
