Good design and sound quality. Good for running and workouts.

Works well once adjusted. The overhead part seems to be only designed for the back head and not top head position. Makes it difficult to use for people who r bedridden. The volume and voice filter is fantastic.

It’s a great product but I love the after sales support. The 2 year warranty is something they stand by. It’s a brilliant brand. I had my 1 year old ear phones replaced from them.

Very poor quality product . It worked just for a week . Warranty claim reported Amazon . No body is listening . IR’s total waste of money . Amazon also fails to resolve complaint e. Called them 3 times . Each one just gave dome assurance .

Connecting to phone is not good. Persons on the other side of the phone cannot hear clearly. Also the sound quality is poor.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bone conduction is cleaner and crisper. Can enjoy hours of listening without bothering about irritating ear wax
