I have a small house and having the literbox and cat tree in one spot saves space. It also keeps the litterbox hidden, which helps conceal the smell. And my dog can't get into it! It's definitely worth the price! My cats love the cat tree too. They like to lay on it. It was a little difficult to put together by myself but I figured it out. It's very sturdy though. Holds my 20 pound cat. It has a hole on the side for the cats to go in, but the doors open to get the litter box in and out. Everyone that comes over says it's cute and doesn't look like a litterbox. So I'd say I'm happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. You get two things out of this- a discrete litter box compartment and a cat tree. This is such an ergonomic product perfect for small spaces. It took me 1hr and 30 minutes to build and was able to assemble it alone. Highly recommend.

Very nice and sturdy cat tree with litter box area at bottom. My only complaint is that the entire box that holds the litter box is wood only and very slick on the top part where the cat jumps to them climb up the tree. We had to cut a small piece of carpet to fit onto that section so our cat doesn’t slip off.

Love the size and layout of this tree. It was a little difficult to assemble the door latches bc the cheap screws and cheap hardware, so they took the most time. Other than that, I love it.

Easy to put together with allen key provided. I wasn’t sure my cat would use the litter box through the hole so the first day I kept the doors open and by the third day I was able to close the doors and she uses it every day, no problem so far! Tracks a little bit but I clean it every day, no big deal. My kitty loves the top perch but hesitant about the hanging bed. All in all, it looks great and good purchase.

It was awfully difficult to build. The holes where the screws were supposed to go weren’t pre drilled like they say it’s suppose to be. One of the scratching posts won’t screw into one another because it’s defective. I am upset I wasted money on this garbage.

Pros: it's cute, it's pretty sturdy, and my cats love it. Also gave extra installation pieces like screws and whatnot, so that's always nice.Cons: Missing bag labeled "E" for the Allen screws that attach to the bottoms of the posts. It seems like there's no way to get ahold of the seller without having to get an entire new package sent out rather than just the screws I need, so I'll have to go to a parts store to get them, which is very inconvenient. Another issue i had with this is that any part where the small black screws are supposed to go into, aren't pre-drilled and they're a huge pain to screws into the wood. I ended up giving up on the screwdriver supplied in the package and used a power drill with the smallest phillips-head bit I could find and had to drill very slowly due to the small size of the screw barely fitting into my drill bit. My final con: the top perch is not plush at all, however my chunky cat loves it, so i guess it'll do for her.overall, was it worth the $99? probably not. I would say it's more worth $75 at the most with the issues I've experienced. Will I keep it though? yes. I went through 2.5 hours of building this, I'm not taking it all apart and doing it over again.
