On time and as advertised, looks to be the exact bulb sold by Viqua only 1/2 the price and made in USA, cheaper made in China bulbs available, but don't think saving a few dollars is worth risking the quality of my drinking water. BTW the Viqua price has gone from $98 to $140 over a few years.

Lasted 2 days.
I ordered through Amazon as per my model number/bulb number and got sent the wrong one at first so I reordered another bulb and this is the second bulb that I received. This second bulb was the correct size and fit as it should. I used a new sleeve installed the bulb, filled with water, checked for leaks and approximately 10 minutes later I plugged the unit in and reset the 365 day meter and all was good til the next morning the alarm was going off and lights were blinking red on the unit, I tried to unplug and reset but it failed so I then drained my water back downed and removed the new bulb to find a break in the internal element wire so this bulb didn't even last 24 hours. At the moment I'm waiting on a factory viqua bulb and sleeve. This bulb turned out to be junk.

Buy the combo.
The product was correct. However the next I purchase this product I will buy the combo with the light bulb and the tube. If you are going to change one you might as well change both.
