Tried these, and they did absolutely nothing. They are uncomfortable and irritable. I found myself itching and readjusting several times and could never find a comfortable position for them. I tried using them for a whole month thinking my body would adjust and the discomfort would go away with habitual use. It did not.There wasn't a single night that these actually remained in place throughout the entire night and I found myself searching for them the next morning.My sleep app showed no significant changes in snoring patterns either. Just glad they were cheap enough where it wasn't a major loss.

I don’t totally understand the science, but it definitely works!! I’ve been a chronic snorer for years, my husband always said it was soothing, but recently it’s gotten worse. I tried the tennis ball trick, I tried propping myself up with pillows. I ordered these tiny devices on a whim, and the first night, hubby said I didn’t snore AT ALL!! I feel like I’m sleeping better, I can definitely breathe through my nose better. It’s mostly comfortable, so tiny you barely notice it, but it works like a charm!

I combine these with the nasal strips. The combination doesn’t completely do away with the snoring, but it’s definitely nowhere near as loud.The box doesn’t indicate it, but they seem to not all be the same size exactly. They look the same, but the first one I used kept hanging out halfway out of my nose. The second one didn’t, but it started to hurt my nose and break it open on one nostril. I had to stick vaseline up my nose and it healed by the time I had to use it that night. I thought it was just from using one every day, but I dropped it, couldn’t find it, and took out a third one to use. That one was perfect. No pain, no hanging out of nose during the night.I ended up finding the 2nd one the next night. I put it in to see how it does. Again, woke up and the inside of my nose, on one side, was sore and starting to break open. Stuck vaseline again up that nostril. So now I a back to the third one that fits perfectly. So they look the same size, but it seems like they are slightly different. Now that I am writing this, i am not sure if they say they are different sizes on the webpage. I don’t think I read the description, just saw the pic and then went to the reviews. If they did, my fault, but either way, if it’s not fitting right and causing pain or falling out, try a different one in the set. It might be better

I have tried many options to try an stop or at least limit my snoring. I’m single so I don’t disturb anyone else but I would wake myself up. Many nights I would wake up with a dry mouth or sore throat from so much snoring.I have used the “plug” type expander that always fall out and actually didn’t work all that well.These do take a little time to adapt to them when you first put them in as they have a little pinch at first. If you put them in about 15-20 minutes before you sleep your golden.They have not slipped out, and I wake up feeling like I have slept better, in fact my watch has shown that I stay asleep for more rested sleep at least.I definitely recommend these for at minimum lessening snoring.

If I could give this produce no stars I would. I have been trying anti snore devices for some time now and saw this and based on recommendations and cost decided to give it a try. Shipping was fast and it looked interesting even if I didn’t see how, it would affect snoring really. The first night I followed the (rather simple) instructions and went to sleep OK with the clip in place in my nose. About 3am I awoke to a massive nosebleed that took some time to stop. I had been using nasal sprays because of the bug I have been fighting for the last few days, so I thought it might be a problem of drying out of the nasal tissue. I stopped using the spray at all and tried the device again. Same problem, at about 3:30am massive nosebleed. Something about its grip on the nose interior or the magnets that help hold it in place causing this (?), I don’t know but the coincidence is a little hard to dismiss. Now I have not had a nosebleed problem at all before using this device and since I stopped using the device, I have not had a recurrence of the bleeds. Use at your own risk.
