Great price point, great flavor

good flavor, calories, no complaints its what i wanted. gu is on the thicker side of gel viscosities but as long as youre not cotton mount trying to down 3 packs at once youll be fine with a sip of water. never tried the flavor before but i like it although i am biased towards anything raspberry for the most part. worth mentioning the gu liquid lemonade is so dam good on a hot summer day too when you dont want a thicker gel consistency. 10/10 for gu 9/10 for what i prefer in a gel

This has to be the best flavor from all GU gels I’ve tasted but the consistency is very overpowering. If you’re a mouth breather it’s very difficult to pass these through without assistance of water.In cold weather it’s not very viscous but overall it’s better value over the other name brand gels.

Tastes good and give me the carbs i need on a long ride.

The first Gu that I’ve purchased was the Tri Berry. I would choose the raspberry lemonade 10x more. Tastes almost like candy and definitely gets you that extra push when going on long runs.

As described and taste great but the texture isnt very likeable for me but since your running you could care less lol

Not a fan of the lemonade flavor. But they work fine

I’m not big on eating early in the morning before I go run so I use these and the taste isn’t amazing but it’s not awful just wash it down with water, these keep me going until I’m finished with my morning workout. Their a great alternative to getting some quick energy
