Absolutely Amazing Flour For The Best Pizza Base!!
This flour is unquestionably the best flour for pizza!!Bought this flour especially for homemade pizza’s and glad that I did, it’s an excellent grade, quality and price.This dough is so easy to work with, it's smooth & soft & stretchy textured that bakes perfectly & everyone loves it.Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely come back here when I need more Tipo 00 from now onAll we need now is the proper Pizza oven!10 out of 10 from me : )

Really nice flour to work with
Got this for pizza, for which I have been using regular strong flour so far. What a difference it made!Its an amazing quality product, I use it regularly now for pizza and some other similar doughs. It could be hydrated up to 60% with no trouble at all, even at 70% it's very easy to work with. The resulting breads taste amazing. I will definitely buy this again.

Perfect for thin and crispy bases and pies
This is a very nice flour to use in both pizza and pie bases. It has a lovely texture for both. If you like thin and crispy bases, this is a lovely flour to use. Not only is it easy to roll out but the taste adds a distinctive flavour to both savoury and sweet dishes. I don't bake very often and have been disappointed with many of the flour choices I have used, but this one tastes lovely each time I use it.

Great flour!
I first brought this in Aldi on special buy, thought I'd get my mum to try itas she makes her own pasta. She really liked the texture and how the pasta came out very light. We are a very fussy Sicilian family who love our pasta and pizza. No complaints from her children or grandchildren when she makes pasta with this flour. I use the same brand Spelt flour to make bread and pizza and I get compliments how good it tastes and light in texture. Happy to keep buying this product.
