Baxter of California Daily Complete Care Conditioner, 16 Ounces

I don't know if I just got a bad bottle or what, but their new formula is so thick it won't come out of the pump anymore. I had to replace the pump on this bottle twice, because they would just break/lose their ability to create any suction and I'm not even halfway through it.The consistency/density of it also makes it hard to actually use in your hair. It feels thicker than room temp butter, and takes forever to rinse out.

Smells bad, works prett well.

Though wrapped in a cellophane exterior wrapping, the contents of this bottle had leaked out, through the wrapping, coating the inside of the wrapping envelope with this product. The bottle is now 50% of what it should be full capacity. Evidence of decompression from high altitude probably, has the container compressed even after opening...Too bad, because the product is worthy of it's price, but not at 1/2 the content.

Why Baxter, why?? Why did you make this product as a new formulation when the old product worked so well. This leaves your hair dry and tangled. Please go back to the old formula.
