Q: Can this be exchanged if the suze is not correct?

Measure yourself first, and then look at the size chart said at least you will get close enough: it has adjustable straps, so you have to tighten and lengthen within reason however, is not underwear so you should be able to return it

They might’ve stopped selling them for the time being, that’s why you can’t find them, but I do believe if you can sometimes go on my actual shop. Unsure if this is even helpful
