Used this for my Indian Stone patio and I am very happy with the result. I feel it has cleaned it really well without having to use a pressure washer and using minimal effort! I followed the instructions and liberally spread it onto my Indian Stone and gave it agitation with a brush. I probably left it on for around 30 minutes, which is longer than the recommended time, but when I used the garden hose to rinse it I wasn't disappointed with the result!I have subsequently sealed my patio and several people, including the Amazon delivery guy, have asked me what I have used.I have ordered more for the Stone at the other side of the house and it is due to arrive tomorrow, so I am looking forward to round 2!Picture shows patio being sealed, hence the milky solution. This product is clear and smells of lemon!Wear old clothes, including shoes, as it shows no mercy!Whilst not cheap to buy, I think you get result you pay for and I am happy with mine. This product was outstanding, I used it on my very green fences. I followed the instructions and the green disappeared, very effective and also very easy to use.

product come well packaged. Be sure to read the instructions especially when using close to plants, grass etc. You will need to decant into a sprayer and use appropriate gloves with the product. Product works well removing mainy marks and stains but not all - especially black spots but it was effective and I would recommend it.

This is great stuff, works really quickly and better than jet washing. Make sure you wear old clothes when applying, managed to spoil a top with splashes.

Just tried the product and found it to work fine, my steps look a lot cleaner after having the builders in plus all the algae has cleaned off, I have a large patio area and the 5 litre bottle didn't cover it so would need to get another bottle so quite expensive, there is a strong smell of bleach and where it has splashed the colour has gone, fortunately I had old clothes on, I think all in all the product would work well in a small area but having to scrub it afterwards with the broom to spread it then rinsing with the hose is a faff I can do without. I will the jet washer out again nearer the summer, it did clean very quickly though and as I used a weed spray it was easy to use.

I’ve got a 5x5 patio yard . Power washed it last week to get it clean and then tried this product to remove what it is supposed up offer. It did nothing.The smell when sprayed is absolutely just like string bleach. That’s it. I bleached my yard. Nothing more. It did not remove a single black spot. The fence, it did nothing for. Apart from being bleach, absolutely waste of my time and my money. I read so much about it, saw videos and etc and thought I’d give it a try. Never again. I’ll stick to power washing and be content with the results. Mediocre product. Don’t waste 30 quid on bleach.

A bit dubious as I ordered it as you're never sure if it will do what it says on the tin...However, it is better than I thought very pleased with the outcome, although some stubborn areas needed a second going over and a bit more vigorous agitation with a stiff bristled broom...We know now what to order in the future.

This ain’t to shabby, quick results that you can visibly see.
