What is the actual size. it says 4x3.2 but thats kinda large to be in your pocket? I use to have one that was 1x1 and had the gauges on all 4 edges

What is on the back side of this? Some of the other similar tools have a 3" measure on the flat side to add a bit of utility. Does this?
