I’m glad I got these to try. Most women have the wrong size flange and that affects pumping. Pumping wasn’t so successful for me due to flange size I got these and immediately was able to fill my freezer. The flange it comes with fits melda and a few others but the other size pieces should fit any flange. It did for me anyway

The flange this comes with is okay. I like that it has the silicone ring around it but it seems to be much shorter than other flanges I’ve had. I do not like the inserts at all. They are not clear so it’s hard to tell if you have good nipple placement. They also slide right out of my flanges so the fit is terrible.

The flange is one piece and the insert is silicone so that means you can’t see whether or not the flange with the insert inside of it is actually centered. This caused a lot of improper placement which led to pinching and discomfort. Often times I would would pump for shorter sessions because it got so uncomfortable. I found it better to just get flanges that were my size instead of using inserts.

I’ve had these for a month. They have worked fine until recently, the rubber edge around one of the pieces has begun to roll backward. This is causing the skin to pinch around the edge. The pain from the pinch now makes these unusable.
