does what it is made to do.
It is a transformer, what can I say. It has been working great, not overheating, and providing solid consistent power since it was installed nearly a year ago.

Perfect
I needed two of these to fix an old furnace, and they fit and work perfectly. The only caveat is that they don't come with any instructions or description. There are four input wires and two output. Look at the Amazon page for the item to see what the different input wires are for -- they're for different incoming voltages, and you want to get the right ones.

Worked as advertised
Worked good. It does get a little hotter than I would like.

2nd one worked
Ordered one and it did not work, had them send another one and it works great. Was bummed because it was in the single digits and was very cold but once I got a good one. I've had no problems staying warm

Suits the need...
Prompt delivery, reasonable price. Seems to be reasonably well made. It's been in service now for a few months with no issues.

Great Transformer & Great Price
I had an AC failure at my rental property. I quickly determined that it was the transformer and after some testing, I figured it was a bad compressor relay that took out the transformer. I bought two of each (so I would have a spare) for under $90 and installed them in my older unit, saving at least a $900 service call. That was what I was quoted based on the assumption it would be an electrical repair, which it was.DIY is where it's at!

Only got 4v on the output... UPDATE: Still not sure on output.
I needed this to control a 12v siren. The siren just ticked. I checked the output with my fluke meter and it was only outputting 4v. Didnt work for me.UPDATE: Seller contacted me and I retested my siren with a variable power supply. My Siren says it draws less than 1A @ 12V. Which would be 12watts. Seems since my siren is older it now required 2A @ 12v to operate. Which is 24 watts. So this 12v 10-watt transformer could not supply enough power.
