These taste great and are easy to chew and they really do help , my son has been able to concentrate on what I'm telling him better and he's able to sit and focus on the task at hand since he started taking these and I feel like it took about 4 days for them to start working but I could tell as soon as t g ey worked and my son is autistic and its hard to find things that help him but im glad I tried these they have really helped me and him he can now concentrate on what I'm telling him without being distracted 😀.

Allways consult a doctor before taking any supplement. That said, this is basically fish oil (omega 3) in gummy form. They do claim to be GMP-approved, but GMP seems to be a privately run lab certification program ("Good Lab Program") and not, as far as I can tell, an official certification in any way.

I don’t know if they do anything but they do taste great, not fishy. They have a nice sour taste of lemon and orange, both flavors are good. Keep them up in the cupboard, because your kids will want to eat more. You take 3 a day, this is for kids, but I take them too. I would purchase these again.

I do anything to help my mom who is having dementia issues. I did read that this is targeted at kids up to 19 but we decided to try it for mom anyway. She loves gummies and these taste good. They don't taste at all like fish oil. Here's hoping they provide some benefit!

My kids don't like taking fish oil supplements so I tried these and found success. They like the flavor and that they're fun gummies and I like that they're getting their omegas for their heart health. Recommended for kids and 5 stars.
