This hub is excellent for connecting devices to your computer or tablet. I have done speed tests through the UGREEN 10Gbps hub connected to iMac 18,2 USBC/Thunderbolt3 input using Apple's Thunderbolt4 1m cable with iPhone 16 Pro Max, and I'm getting 120% to 140% of what I'm paying my ISP for. The UGREEN hub has no power delivery, but has 900mA for current available. And that's it.I only have one USBC device at this time [iPhone 16 Pro Max], so I can't judge reaching the 10Gbps speeds. I have another usb hub (amazon brand) couple years ago. But that one didn't work when I plug in my 2TB external drive and was not able to read my iphone. But this UGREEN USB Hub was awesome. My external drive and iphone totally worked when connect to this, and I was able to transfer tons of photos from my iphone to the external drive quickly. So excited that this Hub worked so well. And for $20, totally worth the money!! Love it!!!

Works great, I can hook up my printer, usb speakers without problems, the previous unit I was using from a different vendor was junk and would not work with usb speakers, very disappointing, this ugreen one is very good and it's made very well

So far all the ports are working as expected but it doesn't work with my USB-C powered external monitor. The monitor powers on but isn't receiving a video signal. Very disappointing since that's one of the main reasons I purchased this adapter. I can still use it though so wasn't a wasted purchase.

The hub does what it is supposed to do. Replaces my old low speed hub that had issues with data transfers especially when connected to devices that used USB-C cables. USB-C and USB-A connectors are solid so far.

My use case is connecting 2 external SSDs and 2 HDDs to a laptop with this adapter. I tried a cheaper item that ended up possibly causing an external HDD to fail. I was initially reluctant to spend the money on a name-brand item, but doing so may have cost me a HDD replacement.Learn from my mistake. This adapter has worked for me for about a month with the aforementioned 4 external drives without issue so far.Adapter gets a bit (not concerningly) warm during use, but its description says it's made of aluminum, and it feels like it is, so that helps dissipate heat.

This is built into our live stream switcher case and supports all the functions we need including a stream deck - our switcher - our audio interface all into i usbc to our computer!

I bought this because it was one of a few multiple USB C hubs that wasn't insanely priced. As they say, you get what you pay for. Not even 72 days and it's dead. Nothing connected was recognized on my Windows laptop or iPad Pro M4I’ve been an Anker user for years and thought I give someone else a try, won't make that mistake again.
