As shown in my photos, the stitching for the Velcro was not at the end of the Velcro strip, causing a ledge that compromises the stitches themselves. I used to recommend Schiek to everyone as I have multiple pieces of Schiek equipment (two pairs of wrist wraps, two pairs of wrist straps, knees wraps).On all my recent Schiek product orders, I’ve had issues with the stitching wearing prematurely—after only a couple months of consistent use in the gym.It makes me sad because Schiek an American company that produces its products in the USA. I want to continue purchasing Schiek but recent quality control issues are making me take my business elsewhere.That being said, I’m giving it a 3 stars because Schiek products function well until their stitches start come out prematurely.

I have only used these twice so far but really like them for max attempts on bench and overhead. Easy to adjust to your preferred tightness and holds once tightened. They did allow me to add 10 pounds to what I would normally press. If you are into max lifts, these are definitely worth a try.
