This set of cable crossover attachments is a great value and cover almost of what you need to greatly expand what you can do with a lat pulldown and low row machine.Each piece is made of high quality steel in a clean shiny black finish.The spin for the short bar is smooth and perfect for tricep extensions and preacher curls. Also great for low rows and upright rows. This will probably be the piece you use the most.The rope is as good as any I have used in a commercial gym and shows no sign of wear after 3 months.What's also nice is the weight of each piece. They are well balanced and feel good in the hand.The knurl on these are pretty good. Not as deep as some people might prefer, but these are also not for crazy heavy weight, so I don't think heavy knurl is necessary.The matching black clips is the cherry on top.I highly recommend these for anyone starting out their home gym with either a cable crossover setup or a lat pulldown/low row machine.

Very good set. The finish quality is very good. Amazed at the price. Each piece has some weight to it so expect to be durable for my workouts. Very much recommended.

This is a great product, the items were heavy and seemed quality, the rubber had good grip, and the rotating attachments were a nice addition. Overall solid.

These cable attachments are very high-quality, like the ones at the gym. The grip is really good and they have a solid weight to them. They are much higher quality than I expected and at a reasonable price. I'm very happy with these and I would highly recommend these Yes4All cable attachments. Also, the included carabiners are better than the ones on my cable machine......Excellent buy!

These are great for my home gym, and a good price to get 4 different gym-quality handles. The grip is great, very sturdy and the carabiner hooks are better than the ones on my Marcy Home gym. The only complaint, is these things are solid steel (not aluminum like the ones at the gym.) So they are heavy duty, and heavy to deal with as you switch them out.Not a huge deal for someone in good shape and good hand/grip strength but it may be an issue for older folks who may not have strong hands, as you try to attach them to an overhead cable, maneuver the hook, etc. *If weight of the handle isn't an issue for you, highly recommend, they seem like they'd last forever.

It does the job. It's easier to load up heavier weights than with a tricep rope. The knurling is mild, which is fine. Importantly, no burrs or metal shards

These are incredible quality for the price! I was shocked to see how heavy and we'll made they are. The only "bad" thing i can say is I only got 2 of the clip hooks instead of 4 but my weight stack machine already had a couple so no big deal.

We love this addition for our machine. As my husband puts it “insane value” and worth way more than the price. Heavy, well made, and works great. Other companies are charging 3-4x the price for this product. Well worth the purchase! Good grip, very durable and easy to use.
