Love Old Bay Seasoning and Bigs does a great job of adding just the right amount of flavoring to their seeds. Hard to find in stores so I like to buy in bulk on Amazon.

If you are a fan of the seasoning you will love these seeds. I can eat half a bag at a ballgame.

I recently got some various Old Bay flavored snacks because I love the flavor and was excited to see it pop up in more places recently. Many of the Old Bay flavored things I got actually taste like the real thing, but these Old Bay Sunflower seeds...definitely do no not.If you didn't know what Old Bay Tastes like, you'd still have no idea what Old Bay tastes like. If you DO know what Old Bay tastes like but were not told they were Old Bay flavored, You would never guess that's the flavor. If you DO know what Old Bay tastes like AND are told that they're Old Bay flavored AND you're feeling particularly generous, you might be able to detect a vague hint of the iconic flavor.Mostly, they just taste like sour dirt, they're really not good at all. I've had about 2 handfuls from 1 of the 12 bags, and shared another 2 handfuls with others to get their impressions, none of us like them. I can't return these or get a refund, which is a pity, because I can't even give these away for free, even serious sunflower seeders refuse them entirely. I even put some of them out for the squirrels and the freaking Squirrels refuse to eat them....I'm probably just gonna dump them in the woods, maybe after the rain washes off that vile flavoring, the squirrels and birds will finally tolerate them...if not, the mold can have them because nothing with the ability to taste seems to like them.

I love sunflower seeds and Old Bay seasoning. Combine them together, it is a winning combination. Hard to go back to regular sunflower seeds after trying this one out. Despite the addition of Old Bay seasoning, it is not saltier than regular sunflower seeds, which is another pro in my book. I prefer reduced sodium sunflower seeds over regular sunflower seeds, so this is great in my book.The only con I can think of is that it is probably not good for you to finish the entire bag in one sitting- a single bag usually lasts for three or four days for me. There is a reason for resealable bags, people! Also, I only found this in retail once- it is nearly impossible to find this at your local stores, let alone the BiGS brand sunflower seeds. I had to order the 12 pack box, wish it was more easily available.If you like sunflower seeds, definitely give this a try. I do not like the more easily available BBQ/Ranch flavored sunflower seeds, yet found this one to be really good.
