Why did you pick this product vs others?:This has helped my scar out a lot. The type of scar that I have will never fully go away, but it has helped it look better. The scar was dark and that is what helped with the most was the color of the scar. I still use it every now and then on that scar.

I had abdominal surgery in the first part of December and the surgeon gave me a small tube of this product. It is like chap stick so it is easy to apply. My scar goes from armpit to armpit and the tissue closest to the armpit has a little roughness to it on both sides. I have been using the product for about a month and I am seeing positive results. I assume that I will be using this long term but the results so far are encouraging.

This is an excellent scar management topical product. I recently had a visible scar that my doctor recommended I use a silicone product to help with scar reduction. I found ScarAid gel stick, and I have been applying it for at least 3x/day for about 5 weeks now. I’ve noticed that it protects my skin and keeps it moist while during the healing. It has improved the size and color of my scar. Also, as a bonus, I can carry it around and use it since its like a chapstick application and its discreet and doesn’t draw the unwanted attention if I bring it out.Would highly recommend this for someone who wants scar reduction and management

Goes on easily, convenient to carry and apply. Melted along the scar line and went right into eyes. It stings. Probably says don’t use around eyes somewhere in the directions I didn’t read:(

The product is advertised with having silicone it has zero silicone in it and it is not eligible for return which is not what the website says. Do not buy I will not buy again and you might as well eat your money if you do

ScarAid is like a lip balm stick, so I can carry it in my pocket and use it several times a day. I started using it a couple days after my stitches were removed and after a week the redness of the scar was gone. I’ve used it for a little over a month and the scar continues to disappear. I’ve started using it on some old scars and it’s helping.I’ve continued to use ScarAid on the recent surgery, and it looks better. I started using it on old scars and I see improvement.

I am using the Silicone Scar Gel Stick on after eye surgery areas. It is so easy to apply and goes on smoothly. I apply at least 3 times a day and noticed quicker healing and fading of the incision/scar area after I began using this product. My surgeon approved the use of the silicone and said it was the best to use.The size is perfect and easily carried in my pocket if needed. Thank you for a great product !!
