How large is the hole on the elbow?

It’s a decent size ! But not a good elbow support! I have golfers elbow and find the round band the best support and wear every time I golf ! So don’t recommend this one !Hope this helps

Hole is a good size but not a good elbow support! I have golfers elbow ! I now use the round strap ! Excellent! Play golf no pain 😊
