Not a good camera or company
On the Amazon web site Real HD claims to provide local support but I could not find the contact information for support anywhere on Amazon or by even Googling it. I started having my doubts when the QR code for activation of the device sent me to a dead link.My issue with the camera is that the option for h.264 is unavailable. The camera is stuck on h.265. I have spent too much time on setting this up. I will be sending it back.

seems incomplete
The soft ware is Hikvision compatible the only problem(s) with that is that this camera is so basic, all of those amazing features are also pointless! None of them work. Once you "unlock" this camera because it so high-tech with a plethora of features that must be kept a secret, you will notice that this camera is void of any real hardware that could justify the price tag even with as good as the video quality is and the ability to see in the dark (which any baby monitor can do). I did eventually find that SD Card slot. It in the usual place however the locked frame has to be unscrewed to see it. The item description is wildly inaccurate. I don't think the seller even knows anything about the camera or shipping. Most of these transactions are performed by a 3rd party and algorithms. YaY tecNOlogy ! Ive modified my review and added photos. It's unclear if they will help in anyway.

Solid camera hardware with less-than-ideal software makes for a mixed bag.
Like a lot of rebranded Chinese cameras available today, this appears to be a high-quality piece of hardware with a very specific feature set mated to a "one-size-fits-all" style software solution, and the results may be challenging/frustrating for someone wanting or expecting a plug-and-play experience. For reference, I'm putting together a software-based NVR system in my home using a mixed group of PoE/IP cameras on a local network using a dedicated PC. If you have a dedicated Hikvision NVR system, your results may be entirely different.Physical construction seems reasonably robust, and on-par with other similar cameras in this price range. Because this camera has no PTZ controls and ships with the lens group pointed straight down, the only way to adjust the angle/direction of the lens is to unscrew (with a specialized screwdriver) and remove the top cover and manually adjust the angle of the lens. There are some diagrams in one of the included booklets that illustrate how to accomplish this. Given that I'll be up on a ladder mounting this thing on the side of my house, knowing that it's going to likely take me at least several rounds of that whole procedure to get the angle dialed in properly isn't exactly something I'm looking forward to (but that's why PTZ cameras are popular!)I plugged this into my network and my IP scanner picked it up easily. Creating a password and logging in was easy enough (although I *REALLY* don't appreciate the apparently optional popup that asked for my email along with answers to some of the most common security questions... seems like a great way to get hacked/ID stolen).I was not able to get the Live View to work in my browser, but it popped up immediately in VLC media player when I logged in with RSTP on the correct port. There's a button in the top bar that says "Download Plugin" that downloads some kind of software package from somewhere (could be safe, could be unsafe, who knows), but it's Windows only and so I couldn't use it on my system anyways. There are numerous controls on the main page for things like PTZ and on-camera lights that don't exist on this model of camera, so those controls don't work.On the other hand, digging into the Configuration menu allowed me to access and modify a huge range of important parameters, everything from the name of the camera, main and sub streams, resolution settings, bitrate, video quality, frame rate, compression/encoding settings, frame intervals, brightness, contrast, saturation, sharpness, white balance (!!!) and some rather functional digital noise reduction. I found all these settings to be useful and functional. There appear to be other, more advanced settings (events, area setup, masking, notifications and local storage) that I haven't had a chance to dig into yet.Bottom line is, this appears to be a very well-made and capable piece of camera hardware, and seems like an excellent choice and value for someone who has the knowledge, desire, and time to get down into the nitty gritty details/settings and implement and adjust it properly until it works for their needs. For someone who's wanting something that just plugs in and works automatically out of the box, this one might be a bit of a challenge and a learning experience.

good value
This is a nice camera although a bit limited. As advertised, it doesn't have an SD card and it only has 2-axis motion for adjusting the camera positioning. Those were clearly mentioned though so I did not expect it to have more options than it does. To adjust the camera position, you simply remove the dome with the included allen key and then you can adjust it as desired. You'll have to remove the dome to install it anyway since this is a vandal dome with no exposed mounting screws.I set up this camera first via the local web browser interface and then through Blue Iris. One thing I did not like about this camera is that it does not prompt you to change the default password. A lot of people thus won't change it and it is a huge security risk - make the first thing you do with this camera be changing the default password! You just have to go into user settings in the browser inferface to do so.Setting it up with Blue Iris was very easy, I used inspect/find on the IP address and it autofilled all the correct settings except of course the login info. The picture is good, you can read a license plate from probably 30 feet away but only during the daytime. Whites do blow out a bit more on this camera than on some of my other cameras, but not too bad. For an 8MP camera I would say this is on the low-mid end for quality, but the price is right.

Great other then at night
The night time is where the issue starts to arise. The ir lights are inside the dome, so as they go on the picture washes out. Luckily I have overlapping cameras and turning off the IR on this camera and using the light from the others. Other then that it was an easy setup with Blue Iris software.
