I ordered this for my mother-in-law for her birthday. She is issues with her thyroid and has never used castor oil packs before. I sleep with one on my liver every night so I how how great they are. I love the size of this one to go over the thyroid. I would imagine it would be great if you had a sore throat as well. Super functional!

I am very new to using castor oil. I have used my new pack at bedtime many nights and I have grown to love it! Sleep is amazing when I wear this pack and very comfortable to sleep in.

The caption says the castor oil is included. As the picture shows, I got a dollar mask and no oil for $34 and a it is not eligible for return. It's a rip off. Beware! I got ripped off.

Easy and comfortable to wear. Stayed on all night. I especially like the drawstring so you can adjust it to your liking . Great product!
