This is my first personal hair steamer purchase and I am very pleased. I’ve had it for about 6 months and it works just as good as the professional one they use at my hair salon. The steam continuously produces from the boiling water, which gets very hot inside the reservoir. I am very pleased with this purchase.

THE SPOUT FOR FACIAL ARE GREAT. THE HAIR DOM NOT SO MUCH , HOWEVER THE AROMATHERAPY W/ ESSENTIAL OILS WAS GREAT.

Hello I purchased this two in one steamer a month ago, is there any way I can get the missing connector piece for the hair portion to work?

This works excellently! Steams and conditions the hair. The only problem is that there is no way to dry the tank. I took a photo of the tank 24 hours after use and the water droplets are still inside. I held it upside down and shook it to get the water to come out. I left it drying upside down and it is still wet inside. I cannot put a paper towel to dry the inside because one hole is too small and the other has brackets. This steamer design needs to be optimized.
