Good sound quality.
Bought this to use as a surround speakers. They are very good value for the money. Sound clarity is amazing and there is a decent bass too.To use them as a main speakers sub must be needed.

Adastra who?
To be honest, these were a bit of a punt for me because I did not want to expend too much money on what were going to replace my front speakers which would then effectively be Dolby Atmos speakers; consequently I wasn't expecting much of them "him that expecteth nothing, shall not be disappointed".What an amazing surprise they are! I tested them with a combination of music and films, comparing their sound to the current setup (Yamaha speakers coupled to a Sony STDR790 Dolby Atmos receiver)MUSIC: MXMToon's "Fever Dream" (extensive use of guitar and strings), Chvrches "Clearest Blue" (keyboards and bass) and Electric Light Orchestra "Don't Bring Me Down" (heavy and driving). Bunny Berrigan "I Can't Get Started" (30's Jazz). These songs seemed transformed by the addition of the these speakers, being able to hear elements of the music that were lost with the Yamaha speakers.FILM: Star Wars The Force Awakens scene where Rey and Finn steal The Millenium Falcon; the biggest surprise was hearing the clink of steel of Reys metal staff against the legs of The Millenium Falcons ramp. At first I thought it was a fault so I swapped the speakers back for the Yamaha ones and it could just barely be heard.NOW FOR THE BAD BIT(S):I had the volume of the receiver set at quarter output, but once I put this up to just over half, they started to struggle, where the Yamahas took it in their stride.

Well built little speakers
Work really well for me, although I'm hardly an audiophile. The connectors are quite nice and well built and overall the speakers are solid. Sound is pretty decent, no complaints really!
