Perfect addition for your grill.
This griddle fits perfectly and is made well. The thick metal holds heat and cooking on it is great. The griddle is also easy to remove when you want to switch back to a traditional grate. I feel it's a much better setup than a BlackStone grill. You get the benefits of both a griddle and regular grill. Must have!

The perfect insert!
Exact fit for my Weber Genesis grill. This thing is a hoss! It's a little heavy but I have to say, you get what you pay for. Great quality and it's not flimsy. Works great for smashburgers, bacon, sauteeing vegetables and whatever else you want to cook!

Good buy
It's pricey. But I had no doubts it would fit my Weber E330 grill. It's heavy! Took my grates out and this just fit right in. I had a bit of a problem with the "safety bypass" when I first tried to light my grill. User error. I didn't have my side burner turned off. Griddle heats up quickly for being a thick piece of steel. I did a couple of seasonings. Surface is smooth. First thing I cooked was some home fries and bacon. Medium temp worked well for that. Temperature was pretty much even across the surface. Cleanup was easy with a scraper (careful not to scrape off my seasoning coat. A few paper towels and I was ready to go. I couldn't be happier. One big grill... and 1 big griddle... in the same space.

Great Griddle!
I love this griddle. I got the Weber brand as I wanted it to fit which it does perfectly. My grill is a Weber Genesis 300. I’ve had it for 5 years and never had a problem with it. I grill 2-3 times a week throughout the year. I’ve got grilling steaks and chicken down and love the flavor and ease of grilling without burning the food.I got this insert found it very solid and the food came out great. Here are some things I’ve learned:1. The griddle is very heavy. Not easy to switch back to the grill. Steaks cook and taste better on the grill.2. Level your Weber. I used a level on the cool griddle and shimmed the legs. The cooking oil stays where you squirt it when it’s level.3. The griddle surface temp changes dramatically with knob adjustment and if the hood is up or down. I use an infrared thermometer to check the surface temp.4. I followed the seasoning instructions and found I still get some sticking but it’s gotten better as time passes. I bought a griddle scraper which works great if the griddle is still hot. I scrape then spray some water (good thing about the heaviness of the griddle is it won’t warp easily getting cooled down). If I had the room I would’ve gotten a whole separate griddle but only because I have to change out the griddle for the grill when I cook corn on the cob or/and steaks.

Makes my grill even better
Griddle is heavier than I anticipated. Checked the thickness of the steel used and it is 3/16 of an inch. The finish seems to be similar to a parkerized/phosphated finish and should help keep the rust away. The finish of the bends and slots is excellent with no burrs or sharp edges and it fits perfectly on my 3 burner Spirit II.I seasoned the griddle twice before using (even though it comes preseasoned, the manual recommends doing two to seven additional seasonings before use). First cook was a pound of bacon, followed by smash burgers. Surface was mostly no-stick and cleanup was easy. Successive cooks have the griddle getting more and more no-stick. The price on this is a little steep, but you really get a quality cook top and it expands the usefulness of your grill immensely.

Good, but …
It’s a good, quality griddle. And a cheaper way to see if you’ll like cooking this way without going all in on a Blackstone. However, will say it’s a bit unpredictable in terms of temp consistency. Middle gets hot, sides less so. And cools down quick as soon as you slap your meat in there.

Griddle
This product is very heavy and well built is also expensive. I love my the griddle. Now it’s possible to cook other things. It takes a bit long to come up to temperature. But once it reaches the temperature you desire it very stable.I love it. It’s also easy to clean I use. Scraper and than a cloth with oil to clean it. But before I do that I let it sit till it warm not hot. Than I use a cloth with oil to remove anything that is on the surface of the griddle. The griddle fits perfect on my bbq.
