If you chop bones, buy this
This is the battle axe of bone choppers. Heavy!!!I had to replace a “cleaver” that was one of my faves. The old was good for chopping meat but chipped when really chopping bones. This one doesn’t flinch. If anything, make sure your cutting board can take it. Don’t use on a counter, this thing will axe it easily.

This Cleaver is the Only One You'll Ever Need
I love this cleaver. It came sharp and has stayed sharp because the steel is so hard. If I had to pick something I don't like is maybe the handle. I would have liked it to be thicker because it tends to twist in my hand when I'm chopping through bones. I highly recommend it

What a knife!
Wow what a knife. I use it to chop chicken bones to put them in the meat grinder. Just the weight of it chops legs.

This could be my favorite....
This is a pending review because I just received it, and in a torn box , however....this knife feels awesome in the hand, is sharp and honestly for a nakir, this 7.8/9 basically 8" profile is task confidence inspiring, I'll leave another review after, ps I'm a chef at a busy restaurant who also preps prior to service🙂

Ergonomics issue
No issues with the blade, about what I expected for the price. Although I’m not sure if I got a knife that their QA department missed but where the wooden part of the handle meets the metal part of the handle where my index finger touches is not flush and it’s sharp/jagged. I feel like I’m going to cut myself on the handle. Will likely return.
