Brilliant square cutter
I had very surface mounted electric sockets in the rooms in the ground floor of my house when I moved in so temporarily fitted quite a few extra sockets but mounted them on the surface until I had time to decorate these rooms.So when I came to start on my living room I needed to recess six new double sockets. So bought three items this large drill bit and both a single a double square socket cutters.This drill bit cut most of the area of the sockets brilliantly.

It’s cheap but does not do the job.
I bought this Box Cutter through Amazon to install new double electric boxes in my kitchen. This was the second unit as the first one failed very quickly where the guidance shaft snapped off. The retaining nut also continuously comes undone even after being tightened by large spanners. Amazon were very good as usual, replacing the first unit quickly but the second unit was worse with the retaining nut undoing immediately and by doing so, rendered it usless. That was also returned to Amazon for a refund. I know it’s a lot cheaper than the main branded units, but it just does not do the intended job.

Great customer service
I don’t usually do reviews because I don’t trust them but I have to make an exception for this company. I had heard these products were susceptible to issues and both my box cutter and circular cutter broke after 8-9 uses. I tried to report it but their website didn’t seem to work. I sent a general message and received replacements for both today. OK, the last I heard from them was that they were looking into it - but they DID replace the broken products, and without quibbling. 3 stars is a balance of product quality (1) and customer service (5).
