The Yorker tip flares out in both width and depth and can offers a bead of glue from around 2mm wide up to 10mm wide depending where the tip is cut off at. The Blade tip is stepped and can be cut to suit, it offers a line of glue approximately 6mm wide up to 10mm wide. Depending on the job being tackled, the Yorker tip offers a more precise bead of glue but the Blade tip is the one used more in general joinery and cabinet making.
