It possible to use this box with 4 motors ? 2 motors on same side ?

That's an interesting question that I am curious to also know. It has one connection for the iso connector from the two motors. Might be able to install two motors in and bunny hop the wires with the current wires. But these modules are very fussy when it comes to voltage, any slight change and it fails.

How to re-link the existing remote control?

Were you ever able to get the remote to link? Just installed it and can’t seem to get my old original remote to sync.

What kind of relays? In using a 30a thermal switch and burnt out the 15a relays
