I've now had this belt for a couple of months and it's performed well.The belt consists is of a single long seude construction, made from 5 layers.Although it's stated as 10mm thick, mine measures over 11.5mm. The thicker the better. (Photo)One end has 4 securing holes, with the front 2 being locating holes, and the rear 2 being of a longer elliptical shape, into which the slightly hooked locking pins locate. (Photo)The other end has the buckle, which you secure to the belt with 2 machine screws, into the holes of your choice, depending on your waist size. (Photo)I've found, in my example the buckle to be very secure and well cast and constructed.There are a few reviews where the buckle has broken. They all appear to be of the chrome type. There may have been a problem with the chroming that weakened the alloy? There doesn't appear to have been any breakages reported recently, so hopefully, if that is the case, RDX have now rectified the issue.I shall update if I have any problems with my black buckle.The belt fastens, by locating the buckle in the 4 holes and then 'levering' it closed.You should breathe in when securing, the belt should be as tight as you can comfortably have it.In use it works very well. The extra support you feel, compared with a standard belt buckle type belt is considerable. This is due to both the width of this belt and the way you secure it.The only negative, as others have also mentioned, is the sizing. It's complete nonsense.My waist is approx 38 so I ordered the XL, as it said that was what I needed.It's fine, but I have to use it on the very last hole. A large would have been a better choice.(If you were to lose weight, and consequently found your belt to large, it would be comparatively easy to make it smaller. You would just need to drill some extra holes as required).Overall, I'm fairly impressed. In use it works very well, and for the kind of lifting I do, it's a good value choice.I hope you found this review helpful.

First belt review underneath. This is now my second belt with b2fitness and they never fail to let me down. I ordered the brown one this time with the silver latch as the all black doesn't stand out. With this one u can see all the lovely details n design. I recommend u don't buy pants size I made that mistake with the first belt but saying that I still got great use out of it before it started hurting when lifting. If u go bigger it means u can adjust it n make it smaller. We're if u get small or medium u CANNOT make it bigger only tighter. I went with a size Large this time 36-40 inch which means u start of at 40 n work ur way down when adjusting with screwdriver.At the start the 4 pins were not lining up with the holes but with some use and adjustments the pins fit perfect. The belt when new is very sturdy so it needs broke in. Once it has that flexibility n the 2 screws r set in the inside the belt fits perfectly n won't move. No buckle, easy release latch so very comfortable at a super price. I originally wanted Larry Wheels belt PR but ur talking 120-130 after delivery n tax this is the same belt, Bargain! I highly recommend.

Really happy with this belt used it for a few weeks now and the quality is great for the price.

This product arrived quickly and on the day that was expected. The product was largely in good condition but did have some minor marks on the leather but ultimately I didn't buy it so it could stay perfect.The mechanism is hefty and feels to be made of a sturdy high quality metal, the belt itself feels to be a really high quality, well made leather and I think it will stand the test of time.This product would have got 5 stars but ultimately I bought the medium which is 28"-32", I wear 32-34 inch trousers but this belt, on the smallest measure is still too big and I will unfortunately have to punch a further hole in it to make it tight enough... so if you are on a borderline measurement then I'd go for the smaller one from personal experience... Overall a great belt and supports well.

Overall, I am very pleased with the belt. Having moved to a a new gym, I needed a belt on the cheap, and I really wanted a lever belt for the ease of use.In terms of quality, it is a very sturdy belt made of what feels like premium leather. The lever is also very solid and has a satisfying engagement. One issue I had was with the screw for the backing plate being stripped quite easily, but not a big deal considering you rarely adjust it.Having said that, it was fairly difficult to adjust at first. The backing plate for the lever is quite tricky to line up, but again, not something that you have to go through often.Beyond these small issues, it really is a perfect belt, and I have no idea why you would pay any more for the same product from another company. It is very supportive, the sizing guide provided is accurate and it it very convenient to use whilst lifting.
