Excellent stuff. I used some on some masonary several years ago, half expecting to have to renew it regularly. It's still there, still doing the job and seems to be weathering alongside the masonary. The only slight inconvenience is that it is very sticky so care required when applying - But I'll happily take that as the price for good adhesion.

I bought this to repair a crack in a chimney crown. Its pretty thick but no problem with a standard sealant gun. Dried to a tough almost rubber like finish, much much better that silicone sealant in my opinion. Subsequently used it as a flexible adhesive on a window frame and a couple of other bits and pieces, very useful stuff. Just a couple of things to watch out for based on my experience. The buff colour is nothing like the mortar colour between my bricks and sticks out like a bit of a sore thumb. In retrospect I would have bought the clear version. Also I was somewhat disappointed to find that having purchased this in August 2023 the use by date was September 2023. As the product states that it has a 15 month shelf life this would suggest that this was quite old stock which could have been a problem if I didn't use it immediately. On this basis although I would definitely use the product again (its excellent!) I would probably purchase it from somewhere where I could check the use by date.

Just hope you never have to try and remove it!

I was dubious having not used this brand before but it is really good. And the price is cheaper than others.

Used it to support a spongy area in a vinyl click floor. It's worked and the hole was sealed with a wax stick and heated applicator . All good but to be honest I think you could use any sealant.

Having fixed various thing on our painted pebble dash wall, needed a filler to cover over and fill the resulting damage.This Beige exterior weather proof sealant proved to be ideal and nearly an exact colour match to fill and cover the marks and holes.It was a bit more expensive than other sealants I tried, but none of those were suitable.One small issue was that the tube was made of thin aluminium, which got a bit dented in transit. However this still worked fine in my "Clarke Air Driven Caulking Gun"
