Still Walking, Still Moving, Thanks to This Supplement
Nature’s Nutrition wasn’t prescribed, but it’s similar to the one my mom’s doctor had her on. I don’t think it’s making her bones stronger exactly, but I do believe it’s helping keep them from getting worse. Her knee is in bad shape, it looks like it could give out, but her doctor said she can stay on Nature’s Nutrition until she feels ready for surgery. She was on Os-Cal for about eight years before switching. Her only complaint now is feeling stiff if she sits too long, but she makes sure to walk around the house a few times a day to stretch her legs. She’s still moving, not fast, but she’s getting around with the help of a cane. I always order Nature’s Nutrition from Amazon because it’s way cheaper than the local store, sometimes I save five bucks or even get it free with a gift card.

These are great quality to keep my calcium levels where they need to be as someone with Osteoporosis. I take two everyday, along with Vit D3 and K per recommendations from my endocrinologist.
