I was on the search for a fragrance free good *HE quality detergent for my new washer. I've tried about 5 different products. Clean ingredients that actually clean your clothes.I'll admit I had a hard time opening the cap, so we put a small cut in the lid, but the customer service dept when I emailed them because I couldn't get it open WAS AMAZING. Great customer service standing behind the product is exactly what makes a company. Regardless this detergent is incredible and cleans so great with no skin discomfort, environmentally safe and smells amazing. I'm so excited I didn't give up on opening it and happy to say it's an incredible product.

We’ve been using this detergent for awhile. It’s worked pretty well and the ingredients seem to be clean! The lavender smell is very light and not overpowering. I use it on baby clothes too!

Best detergent to get gym clothes smelling fresh each time. I happily spend more for this because it works!

I’m have been quite happy using 9 Elements Laundry Detergents and Fabric Softeners. I wanted to be more environmentally aware and selected 9 Elements for its simple approach to cleaning that is both effective and still environmentally friendly. I had been using Tide for decades sure that it was the answer to clean laundry. I am pleased at how well 9 Elements cleans our clothing and linens. I enjoy a light scent of laundry products as 9 Elements has. It’s like a small treat for me for doing laundry. ;) I love the Lemon scent. I am not keen on the Eucalyptus scent; it’s just not for me. Others will enjoy it. So I was delighted to try the Lavender scent and wishing there was a matching scent in Fabric Softener. At this time, there is not. Now that I have purchased a large size of Lavender scented Laundry Detergent, I find that the scent is not truly detectable. Aww! Boo hiss! No scent? Where’s my laundry treat? So if you desire an Unscented 9 Elements Laundry Detergent, THIS IS IT. The only other criticism I have of this and many laundry products, it is nearly impossible to see the fill lines inside the cap. I wish 9 Elements and every other laundry product would fix this to make the lines quite visible even to lower vision consumers.

This is my favorite laundry detergent hands down! I love that it provides non-toxic, clean ingredients, but also really cleans your clothes. Not to mention the amazing smell this gives your clothes! I get compliments all the time on how amazing my clothes smell. I’ve purchased this product 10+ times I think that speaks enough for itself in how much I love this product!

This is my new favorite laundry detergent! I love the smells! Great price easy to open and close lid, doesn’t leak no color in this product because it’s dye free!!!! Yeah, I feel good about cleaning my clothes with this detergent, great quality easy to use and keeps my clothes clean and smelly fresh.
