The media could not be loaded. It comes in a nice carry case and materials feel all premium. One can either plug it directly into an Android phone's USB charging port or via the supplied cable and it just uses the phone's battery for power so no need to charge it. All I had to do was install the app and it worked immediately, no need for sign in or anything else.I was amazed by the sharp image and how quickly it refreshes and updates, even when making big movements, it definitely has a professional/premium feel to it. Have a look at the video for how it looks like in action. Will be using this to find spots to insulate house.

Accuracy can only be assumed as we have no real standard to check against - apart from boiling a kettle....Certainly shows up cold spots in the house, round windows and doors. Definitely guides where you need to insulate (can't beat a good set of curtains).For a technical user, it's easy to identify circuits or breakers that are hot under load, and cheaper than some similar products.Good on phone and iPad, so it's easy to take screenshot for reference (or for customers).Price... I didn't buy at the best price, and it did vary a lot around that time. If your buying from Amazon, use the 'cameliser' add-in to your browser to watch for best pricing. Even today, it's £20 less than I paid...

Out of the package, this is an impressive bit of kit. It looks well made and the case provides good protection for the lens. I bought it to help me check the performance of my underfloor heating. Connection to my iPad mini was easy and I then spent a couple of hours trying to get to grips with the many different functions and settings. I found it difficult to focus the camera to obtain a clear picture of the loops. I could see the temperature readings clearly but the individual loops did not stand out sufficiently for me to gauge whether there were any sections suffering poor flow. It works quite well when looking for cold spots in the ceiling and differentiating hot and cold pipes near my gas boiler. Although I have only owned the camera since late November, I have since learned that the company now sells a version with adjustable focus on the lens which YouTube video suggests is a big improvement in quality of image.

This little device has been a massive help in 'retrofitting' our old and cold house. It's got a great little app that fires up as soon as you pop the camera on, and then you're away. Pretty easy to interpret the results and there are lots of settings options if you're so inclined. It's very possibly the best money I've spent recently. Soooooo handy to just be able to pop this on my phone (Android but there's probably one for apple users too) and find where I next need to sort insulation and/or airtightness issues. Much as I love 'shiny stuff' gadgets, this camera helps keeps me focussed on the best bang for buck areas and our house is now much warmer, feels more comfortable and the heating bills have been slashed. Insulate, insulate, insulate!

Very quick delivery. Downloaded app and plugged in. Works exactly as its supposed to. Fantastic piece of kit and have used it every day since receiving it.

My first review 1 Star review was redacted by Amazon due to the fact they shipped me a TC001 as a TC002 and I was seriously upset with it!The IOS version is currently only available with Lightning adapter but now comes with a provided link cable if you have a newer IOS device.Make sure you buy the correct device!Not to be put off by Amazons incompetence, I purchased another one from a different Seller on Amazon whilst they try to sort out their mistakes and this time got the right one and it was the latest unit and a "Sealed Un-Used" package which worked first time!Note: The TC002 only comes with a Lightning adapter but it is slightly extended and fits my iPhone 13 even with its MagSafe Case on which is excellent.Packed in the nice padded protective case it also has a Lightning to USB C Adapter cable which means I can still attach it to my newer iPad Mini which was a bonus I never expected.Being able to save images directly to the Phone/iPad is a real boon and Im finding more uses for this amazing device daily!I am currently renovating an older property and after nicking a water pipe with a circular saw I bought this to help discover heating pipes, cables in walls and ceilings and rafters/joists with such ease it has made this purchase a real no brainer.The resolution is outstanding for such a small device, exactly how it does it I'm not sure but I can't believe its native 256 IR there must be an upscale in there somewhere but who cares - its bloody brilliant!The TopIR app from the Appstore is simple to use and worked first time I've used it for so many things its barely in its case for long!TOPDON now get 5* for such a wizard device, Amazon however still get 0 Stars as they still haven't refunded me for the wrong opened box USB C clearly labelled as a TC001 that they sent first!Stop trying to palm off your returns as NEW Amazon!It causes everyone grief..... do what your sellers and customers pay you for!

Is not written that the mobile phone need to be compatible with this item , and because my didn't was I did a refund. They Lost my parcel and they didn't give me the money. Is an expensive item , and way to refund money ,no?
