A lot better than expected
I’ve been cubing for year. I have so many different cubes. From 2x2 up to 9x9 and a myriad of different ones inbetween. The even number cubes are my favourite as they offer more complex challenges than the odd numbers. 4x4 and 6x6 are my go to cubes. I’ve had a Mo Fang Ge 4x4 speed cube for years and never really got on with it. It was always a bit Meh. Just not that great. So, I got a new one and opted for this one with the Magnets. I’ll be honest first impressions out the box was left me disappointed! I was wrong, it is in fact a really very good cube. I’ve solved it probably a hundred times now and it’s getting better and better. Magnets are strong but not to the point where they interfere with your movements. Turning is silky smooth with no play at all. The colours are very bright and the finish has a slight texture so it’s quite grippy. Corner cutting is limited as it is with the larger Cubes but I feel this just means you have to work on your accuracy of movement.All in all this is now my must have go to 4x4. If you are in the market for one at this price you will not find any better. Massive thumbs up fromMe!

It’s like a normal 2x2 cube so have to return back…very bad product and I paid premium for magnetic!!!

QiYi MS 4X4 speed cube
The cube can be adjusted via easy accessible screws, as it is fast out the box, and would recommend tightening and lube.[silicon lube] The magnets are reasonable to control speed, but its a fast cube. With some basic practice it's a pleasant or enjoyable experience. It does not pop, and one feels confident to use the QiYi to its maximum agility when slicing & dicing, corner cutting, or spring retention techniques. Pastel colours and unique plastic gives a good texture that is also nice to handle. I was very happy with it. Thanks.
