Yuzu juice is a nice addition to a variety of drinks; plain water, ginger ale, gin and tonic, etc. It is also often added to cocktail sauces for shrimp, raw oysters and many other foods. The fruit itself is very hard to obtain in the U.S. due to Department of Agriculture restrictions, but the juice of the yuzu, bottled elsewhere, is perfectly legal here.Yuzuco is a good brand. The juice quality is good and consistent from bottle to bottle. But make no mistake; this is not a beverage to consume out of the bottle -- much too strong --, it is an additive primarily used to compliment other beverages.

Absolutely delicious in drinks! I add it to seltzers for a refreshing soft drink. It's also great in many recipes, including salad dressings, desserts, and savory dishes. Easiest way to add acidity.

I really love this product and it goes with everything especially if you're a fan of both citrus and Yuzu. It's very unique and apply this to everything. The juice quality is very fresh and pleasant.

This tastes very very close to the products from Japan. I usually get yuzu juice from a Japanese grocery and this one is close but not as concentrated in flavor. I need to use about twice as much to flavor my drinks and dressings. The flavor is good though.

This is so great with sparkling water., a really refreshing low calorie summer drink. Very concentrated, so a splash is enough. Imagine it might make a delicious salad dressing. I’m ordering this again.
