I need something to separate my knees while sleeping on my side, or keep me from locking them stiff while on my back. I tend to toss and turn a lot in my sleep so I find the half moon style to be more useful. Recently took a trip to Europe, where my standard memory foam pillow would take up too much room in my bags, so I picked this up. It will forever remain with my travel sleep kit. It packs smaller than my 2xl t-shirt and inflates / deflates with a couple deep breaths.stayed inflated for a week without any major air loss, and can also easily be adjusted for maximum comfort. I take this with me on every trip so that I can avoid back pain regardless of how many pillows are provided at the place I'm staying. It's very quick + easy to inflate. It's soft and it's the perfect size for putting under my knees while sleeping -- not too tall and not too short.

This inflatable stays inflated -- I've had it inflated a few weeks now and have used near daily as a bolster under my knees while lying flat on my back with heat pad around my neck. For this usage, this product is fine, and I'm glad to have it. It is a size that is easier and more attractive to store near bedside, moreso than many bolsters are.I had hoped to use it in bed, under the covers, to help my restless legs and leg cramping issues, for comfort. For this usage, I do not recommend this product if you are at all sound-sensitive. I am a restless sleeper, and the 'plastic' sounds of this bolster as I moved around are too annoying -- edging / 'hem' sticks out just a little, just enough to make annoying sounds as you move (also the air plug protrudes a bit and you have to be sure to point it in the correct direction or else it is likely to annoy your sleeping partner).I had hoped this bolster would keep me from moving to my side, allow me to sleep on my back through the night. Didn't work. [Note: this may well be a 'me' issue more than a product issue.]It does have a nice feel to it (the brushed covering is a nice color and the majority of the surface area is whisper soft against the bed coverings.

Very helpful before and after my shoulder surgery. The flocked surface helped hold them in the correct position. And being able to deflate and pack them really helped during travel!

I thought this item was great. It was comfortable, adjustable, a great size. It really did the trick. I liked it so much I purchased a second one. Then, the day after I made the second purchase the first one lost its air. At first I thought I had somehow inadvertently opened the valve and created a leak, so I reinflated it, but the next day it was deflated again. I reinflated it several times trying to identify the leak but could never find it. Oh well, I had another one on the way. I received the second item and all was well, almost. This one sprung a leak too. Again I tried to identify the problem but never heard, saw or felt a leak. It just kept deflating. This pillow really does fulfill my need but I couldn't use it if it was deflated. Ive now purchased a different pillow. I'm waiting for it to arrive now. Hopefully it will do the job.

It was great, firm enough for using as an exercise bolster. Love that it's collapsible for travel. I did use it -10 minutes each day for 6 months and there developed a hole at a seam. So it's wonderful for occasional use, but not daily use.

I try to maintain my yoga practice when I travel. When deflated this bolster didn’t take up a lot of space in my luggage. It was easy to blow up and easy to deflate. It provided sufficient support for my knees and back for my yin yoga practice.

I gave this bolster pillow 2 stars only because it is easier to pack for trips - though it does loose air and needs air added during the night. I can find no obvious leak, so that is frustrating. I bought one for my grandson - that one leaks, too. I cannot recommend this.
