Quite heavy, so need to be tight or they will rub.

Needs support band
The weight keeps falling All the way to my foot instead of staying on my ankle, it would better if maybe there was a rope that could tie it to my shoe , like I have seen other ankle weights advertised have.

Nice to be able to adjust the weight.
I am elderly and need ankle weights for some physical therapy. I am to increase weight as I improve. I feared that I would have to buy several sets but this system allows me to change the weights as needed. The bags of metal sand are a tight fit in the pockets but I'd rather struggle a little than spend more money.
