Been using this for about 3 months. No upset stomach. Haven’t seen real changes yet. Good amount for the cost.

Improved sleep quality!!
I did a lengthy positive review of this product but I have to modify it since it wasn’t approved for whatever reason so I’ll keep it short. I have tried many things to try to improve my sleep from trying all different supplements to seeing a holistic doctor and getting a full panel blood test. Some things help but very little. With this NAD+, I slept better the very first day. I usually have middle of the night awakenings and sometimes I can go back to sleep and sometimes I can’t. With NAD, I’m able to fall back asleep a lot easier. That’s HUGE for me. I only take this in the morning, never at night . It doesn’t give me any noticeable energy, which I was disappointed by. But the energy boost comes later from the improved sleep quality so I’ll take it!
