Easy to use daily and it does exactly what it says in the description. The pack lasts more than a month. Definitely recommended as an easy way of getting more fibre into your diet.

I have this powder in my bed time tea so it has overnight to work! It really doesn’t alter the taste or consistency of my drink!However, i don’t think its the best for my stomach, I’ve had it twice now and both days my stomach has been in a fair amount of pain and needing to go to the toilet immediately. I only have 1 tiny scoop, i did half last night to see if it was any different.Overall this product is great if you need an effective laxative, but not great if you want to have a productive day!

The description provided is spot on. Quite tasteless and easy to use. I prefer it on porridge. I use various supplements and this is a good addition which helps to maintain overall health.

Has a strange smell to it.

I struggle hitting the recommend 30g fibre daily intake and wanted to give a suppliment a try. Just tried it mixed into a protein yoghurt and yeah, couldn't taste it at all and it made me feel pretty full after. Will definitely try experimenting with this :)

Bought it as an aid to intermittent fasting as it has zero carbs after doing research. Am very pleased with the product. It is odourless and tasteless and dissolves almost instantly. It really helps with regularity within 24hrs of taking. No side effects on my part. Highly recommend!!

This was bought when I couldn't get Fybogel in decent sized packs. It isn't quite 'tasteless' because its texture in the mouth is a tad unpleasant. However, this isn't a big problem. What is less than satisfactory is that it often needs quite a bit of stirring to get fully dispersed in the glass of water. I found it best to add the water to the powder in a stream whilst stirring vigorously!
