Great lessons for the business storytelling!
Philipp provides concise and direct instructions to building the appropriate story for the sales scenario at hand. This is also a great read for non-sales people.

Students honest review, relevant concepts, not just theoretical
As an MBA student, I found the "Story Selling Method" to be "a great fit. It breaks down the power of storytelling in a business context in a practical and applicable way. The book shows how stories can make your message stick and drive results, whether it's finding marketing or networking. I liked how it combined psychology with real-world examples—it made the concepts feel relevant, not just theoretical. It's an idea for anyone looking to level up their communication and persuasion skills in the business world.

written for sales, but can work elsewhere too
I read this book but I didn’t realize it was for sales. If you use social media or are a content creator, author, or coach, this method could work too. The tips for telling stories and the types of stories you can use to build trust and relate to buyers or your audience are easy to implement. I enjoyed the section on limiting beliefs and listening to understand. I found them helpful in real life relationships. The book offered many scenarios and examples, although I skipped some of them and went right to the point. But some probably would find them helpful. Overall a good book with a great message.

Great structure. Easily digestible
Presented as a book about increasing sales success, this book is much more than that. As Humm states:“Even if you don’t directly work in sales, we all have to sell ourselves or our ideas in some way or another as part of our jobs.” That sentiment could not ring more true. This book outlines detailed storytelling structures for business adding with fantastic examples along the way.Easy read with actionable insights and lessons that if you’re willing to implement, you will undoubtedly see results.

Useful and prescriptive
I bought the book to help me express my message in terms of stories and to make my work more consumable. I highly enjoyed this book from that standpoint, it is full of easy-to-consume and prescriptive, actionable content. The chapters on confidence were entirely unexpected but also extremely well done. The author clearly takes his own advice, because the content is focused and simple to act on.

Practical and easily applicable
I have a few story telling books on my shelf but storyselling is by far the best one. Not only is it easy to follow but it also provides you the opportunity to take a second and try out what he's teaching you and builds on it through out the whole book. Phillip gets straight to the point with this book and teaches you step by step how to become a great story teller. A must for professional and personal development. Thank you sir!

straight to the point
It is very oriented to sales, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use it to sell your idea in another business.I learned from it and gave me additional knowledge that I can use in the future. At the end of the day, is a kind of detailed checklist and plan if you want to add stories to your influential portfolio.
