I really like the metered dose button that has been added to the nose spray. The spray itself works extremely well indeed.I suffer from allergies and take a number of prescribed medication for these but (without over-doing its use!) I find that there are times when I have to use my Otrivine nasal spray - that's frequently in the middle of the night - the spray is easy to use and therefore far more acceptable than turning on the light!

I tried many brand of nose spray , only this brand works for me , saved my life .

Does what it promises. My only problem is with the new bottle. It's not working properly. And I had 3 until now

As this is the only small bottle and the only answer to my big nose problem. Then using Amazon to get it and cheaper it's a double winner in my eyes and pocket.
