Awful Product don't buy it!
Laptop is awful, crashes constantly, won't do an update (even microsoft couldnt do it remotely), the battery life is terrible and worse of all the seller was very rude and unhelpful, had to report to Amazon, avoid this product

Asides the fact that I got a laptop different from the product description advertised (intel core i5 insteadofintel core i7), 5 days after, screen went blank and won't come on. What a shame..

Excellent quality
Windows 11 Pro was already installed. CPU is on Microsoft's cpu list. Laptop already taking Microsoft updates, so happy days. Nearly excellent condition, apart from a couple of out of sight blemishes. For the price, it is a perfect refurbished laptop.

Device was returned due to faulty keyboard.Even though return was approved - postal fee (£17.95) was not reimbursed.
